It’s neither a museum nor an exhibition. It’s Tavolo Unico, the restaurant that chef Massimiliano Babila Cagelli has opened in his hometown of Busto Arsizio, not far from Malpensa, with planes descending nearby. Architectural anarchy, a shared aesthetic. Art and cuisine: the idea itself is nothing new.
