La musa surreale | ALESSANDRA REDAELLI
LA MUSA SURREALE – ALESSANDRA REDAELLI
We are pleased to invite you on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM to the presentation of the book La musa surreale, the new novel by writer, journalist, and art critic Alessandra Redaelli, published by VandA.edizioni.
The event will take place at the main venue of the gallery PUNTO SULL’ARTE, located at Viale Sant’Antonio 59/61, Varese, Italy.
Following the success of her popular books on contemporary art – including 10 cose da sapere sull’arte contemporanea, I segreti dell’arte moderna e contemporanea, Arte, amore e altri guai, and Keep calm e impara a capire l’arte – Alessandra Redaelli returns to bookstores with La musa surreale, a witty and ironic novel that blends fiction with reflections on the art world.
During the event, the author will have the opportunity to converse with the talented artists Lorenzo and Simona Perrone, who are currently featured in the exhibition “Di Bianco e di Essenza”. With a keen eye on sensitive social issues, the Perrones are excited to delve into a story where the narrator is finally a woman whose love was the driving force behind one of the most important movements in art history: Surrealism.
Alessandra Redaelli’s story, in perfect harmony with the evocative sculptures of Lorenzo and Simona Perrone, invites us to explore new horizons, reaching into the deepest corners of our emotional experience.
Admission is free, and the event offers a unique opportunity to meet the author, the artists and delve into the themes of the novel, and discover the work of two major names in Italian contemporary art in a vibrant and inspiring setting like PUNTO SULL’ARTE, a key destination for contemporary art in Varese.
