Description
Flowery Weeping Blue is a sculpture representing a tree whose branches are replaced by butterflies in shades of blue, azure, and fuchsia. The tree’s roots create a contrast between the solidity of the earth and the transparency of ice, an element that alludes to the passing of time and the fragility of matter. This ice seems to almost imprison the roots, as if it is preserving a frozen moment.
At the base of the trunk, a small chair emerges—a simple yet powerful detail that invites reflection.
