Scultura circolare in resina e vetro di Murano, con farfalle sospese in volo che creano un effetto di leggerezza e movimento. Galleria PUNTO SULL'ARTE Varese, Italia

“Dreamcatcher light flight ” by Annalù

An artwork suspended between lightness and transformation, where matter becomes transparency and movement. Dreamcatcher – Light Flight belongs to the renowned “Dreamcatcher” series, in which Annalù explores the themes of dream and metamorphosis through circular and dynamic forms.

In this sculpture, resin and Murano glass merge to create an ethereal circle crossed by three-dimensional butterflies. Their wings, carefully shaped, seem to vibrate in the air, capturing the light and reflecting it in ever-changing hues depending on the viewer’s perspective. The result is a visual balance between structure and fluidity, solidity and impermanence.

The artist: Annalù

An internationally recognized artist, Annalù develops a body of work centered on metamorphosis and on the concept of balance between matter and spirit. In her sculptures, resin, Murano glass, and paper become instruments of a visual language that unites nature and artifice. Through an alchemical and experimental process, Annalù gives shape to works that evoke suspension, transformation, and transience.

Description Dreamcatcher light flight

Dreamcatcher – Light Flight features a circular structure made of resin and Murano glass. Within it, a vortex of suspended butterflies suggests an ascending movement, symbolizing freedom and renewal. The transparency of the materials and the play of luminous reflections create an effect of almost intangible lightness, as if the artwork were in constant transformation.

This sculpture embodies the desire to capture the dream in the instant of flight — a harmonious fusion of form and light. It invites the viewer to contemplate the fragility of matter and the beauty of change, embarking on a silent journey between reality and imagination.
