Explore the exclusive artwork “Serie Supermina” by the artist Valeria Vaccaro, currently on display in the exhibition “Fuoco Cammina Con Me” at the Galleria PUNTO SULL’ARTE in Varese. This sculpture, made of white Carrara marble and inks, measures 20 x 20 x 6 cm and embodies the symbolism of fire, inspired by the work of David Lynch.

Through “Serie Aver Cuore ,” Valeria Vaccaro delves into the duality of existence, highlighting the contrasts between destruction and rebirth, solidity and fragility. The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to appreciate Vaccaro’s sculptural language, which combines the monumentality of marble with themes of metamorphosis and transience.

Among the other works on display, you can admire iconic series such as Serie Supermina, Aver Cuore, Urban Platform, Handle With Care, Tree of Life, and the new series Controsenso. The Marmiferi series features oversized matches sculpted from fine Carrara marble, while Urban Platform and Handle With Care celebrate everyday elements like pallets and packaging boxes. The Aver Cuore series and “Non Brucio” use burn effects on blocks of typography, giving life to fragments of Visual Poetry. The Tree of Life series explores the contrast between fullness and emptiness, while Controsenso focuses on the expressiveness of marble, with sculptures mimicking the burnt effect of wood.
