Kali by Claudia Giraudo
With Kali, Claudia Giraudo continues her exploration of childhood as a suspended space between authenticity, imagination, and inner dimension. The artwork creates a silent and contemplative atmosphere in which the spontaneous gesture of the young protagonist becomes an expression of emotional freedom and profound identity.
The artist: Claudia Giraudo
Claudia Giraudo was born in Turin in 1974 and graduated with top honors from the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts under the guidance of Professor Franco Fanelli. Her artistic research develops within contemporary figurative painting through an in-depth study of Renaissance and Northern European Masters, references that emerge in the refined technique and suspended atmosphere of her works. Her child figures, immersed in symbolic and fairy-tale-like scenes, establish a constant dialogue with guiding animals representing the instinctive and spiritual dimension of human beings. She regularly exhibits in galleries, art fairs, and public institutions in Italy and abroad. She lives and works in Piedmont.
